FAQ

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that channels universal life force energy through gentle, hands-on or distant healing techniques. It promotes balance and well-being by clearing energetic blockages and restoring the natural flow of energy in the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is often used for relaxation, stress relief, emotional healing, and supporting overall wellness.

How are the herbal supplements "charged" with Reiki?

A Reiki practitioner charges herbal supplements with healing energy by intentionally channeling Reiki through their hands and infusing it into the product. This process typically involves holding the supplement (or placing hands over it) while focusing on healing intentions, such as promoting balance, vitality, or emotional well-being. The practitioner may also use symbols, mantras, or visualization techniques to enhance the energy. This practice is believed to raise the supplement’s vibrational frequency, aligning it with positive, restorative energy for the user’s benefit.

What is a tincture?

A tincture is a concentrated herbal extract made by soaking herbs in alcohol. The liquid draws out the plant’s active compounds, creating a potent remedy. Tinctures are typically taken in small doses, either directly under the tongue or diluted in water, (they do taste very strong) and are used to support various aspects of health and well-being. Also because of the use of alcohol, tinctures can have a shelf life of 7 years or more.

Are these supplements safe to use?

When used properly, natural supplements such as tinctures, salves, and herbal teas can be safe and beneficial. However, it’s important to follow recommended dosages and usage instructions. If you have any underlying health conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, consult with your healthcare provider before use. While herbal products are generally well-tolerated, individuals may have sensitivities or allergic reactions to certain herbs. Always consult a licensed physician before beginning any supplement regimen and perform a patch test with salves and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

Should I replace my current doctor and healthcare practices with natural healing?

No. Combining natural healing practices with modern medicine offers a holistic approach to well-being by addressing both the symptoms and root causes of health concerns. Modern medicine provides scientifically proven treatments and life-saving interventions, while natural practices, such as herbal remedies, Reiki, and mindfulness, support the body’s innate healing abilities and promote overall balance. Together, they can enhance physical, emotional, and energetic wellness, offering a more comprehensive path to health. This integrative approach empowers individuals to benefit from the strengths of both worlds—precision and science alongside nurturing and restoration.
